Why Join LISLA?
We are the only group on Long Island that supports Nassau and Suffolk County Library Media Specialists
Membership dollars are responsibly used to fund grants and awards (and awesome LISLA swag!)
Fun field trips and social events
We help foster local connections (networking!!) and (hopefully) new friendships
We bring state-level awareness and advocacy to members via our NYLA-SSL Region 1 Rep (a NYLA Executive Board position)

Working Librarians - $30
Retirees - $15
Non-working/Students - $15
Vendor - $20
Affiliate - $15
Once you have made payment, PayPal will direct you to a new page to complete a membership application. Note: We ask that you please complete the membership form so we can notify you about special events and opportunities! We also want to make sure we have your best contact information!
